Hi, I’m Emily—a Non-Clinical Wellness and Career Coach with a deep passion for helping people find balance, clarity, and confidence in their lives.

With a background as an Employment Adviser, I’ve had the privilege of working closely with individuals from all walks of life—supporting them through career transitions, personal challenges, and moments of uncertainty.

I hold an Award in Education and Training (AET), a First Class BA (Hons) Degree in English, and I am a certified Mental Health First Aider (MHFA). These qualifications have equipped me with the skills to deliver thoughtful, person-centred support in a way that is both empowering and accessible.

My passion lies in promoting wellness from a non-clinical perspective, offering a safe and supportive space for individuals to explore their thoughts, feelings, and goals. These appointments are designed as an alternative to traditional therapy, focusing on emotional wellbeing, self-awareness, and personal growth. Through compassionate listening and guided reflection, I help people navigate life’s challenges with clarity and confidence.
